MFI
13.
The MFI13
was the creation of Björn Karlström and Björn Andreasson.
Karlström was a designer who succeeded in getting a manufacturer
enthusiastic about one of his ideas: a sports car project based on
standard Saab components.
A prototype
was commissioned by Saab and was placed head to head with the Catherina
to see which would go into production as the Saab
Sonett II. Only one example of the MFI13 exists and is on display
in the Saab Museum at Trollhättan. There are no model year changes
to report.
